The All-on-4® Process
If you and Dr. Greenman concur that the All-on-4® teeth replacement system is a good fit for you and your smile, he will extract your remaining teeth before thoroughly cleaning your mouth. Once cleaned, he and his team will place the four implants before suturing the incisions.
Once the above steps are completed, a temporary set of prosthetics are attached to your dental implants. Over the next few months, Dr. Greenman and his team will check for healing, comfort, and fit.
As with conventional dental implants, you will need to heal so that the All-on-4® Teeth Replacement system implants will fuse to your existing bone. This can take anywhere from three to six months depending on how quickly you heal.
When your stitches have healed, Dr. Greenman will attach your permanent full arch fixed dental implant bridges and your new teeth to your four dental implants.
